We do our best to describe the products as accurately as possible. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur.

Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Additional costs such as shipping costs are listed separately. Payment can be made via [list of payment methods].

Dispatch

If you order before 8pm, your order will be shipped the same day. Dark Gems is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days after receipt. The costs for return shipping are for your own account. After receiving the returned products, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

Warranty and Complaints

Our products have a 6 month warranty. For complaints you can contact us via info@darkgems.nl. We aim to respond within 5 days.

Liability

Dark Gems is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of our products, unless required by law.
