Shipping and Returns

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Below you will find information about our shipping options:
- Shipping costs: for orders within the Netherlands we charge 3.70 euros shipping costs. Different rates apply for international orders. Free shipping on orders above 40 euros.Delivery time: ordered before 8 pm, shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped, including a track & trace code.Shipping methods: We ship our products via PostNL. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your order. Please read our returns policy below:
- Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Return procedure:
- Send an email to info@darkgems.nl to register your return. Complete the return form if you have received it by email. Pack the product safely in the original packaging and add the completed return form. Send the package to the following return address: Hibiscusstraat 49 A 1338 WJ Almere.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the product was received defective or damaged. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping costs to your account within 14 days. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account.
Returns Policy
- The product must be unworn and undamaged. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Personalized or custom jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.
